Restoring Hope (KY)

he ran (8th) in the 2018 Belmont Stakes and at the time a lot of people seemed to think he was only there to block for his stablemate Justify. iirc, even his owners (the Wests) said they didn't understand why Baffert ran him there. after the Belmont he had multiple layoffs and multiple trainers still for the Wests and eventually was claimed away for $10,000. he made 13 more starts after that and now has an Export on file. does anyone know where he ended up? tia.

Before the Belmont, Gary West said Restoring Hope deserved to run.

Anyway, I can't really say if he is racing or at stud and there is probably no way to find out. But I can give the country though you probably don't want me to. He is in Libya.

thank you Flanders, how did you find that he is in Libya? will try to do some googling based on that to see if i can find any additional info.
