Highfield Princess Dead due to stall incident.

Latency (by Slew Gin Fizz) died recently at age 22. He was a MG1W in South America and competed in Dubai. He won 12 races overall.

They're unnamed at the moment. Four were transported to an equine hospital with "life threatening" injuries.

per TDN, all horses were trained by Eddie Kenneally. one of the deceased horses is Allowance winner Darkroom (by Enticed).

Twitter, so take it with a grain of salt, but seems like all horses have since been euthanized.

Was just told all horses have unfortunately been euthanized. My heart goes out to the entire barn and their owners.

Jockey Stefano Cherchi has passed away two weeks after sustaining a head injury after falling from a horse.

i remember following his surgery and recovery. i'm glad they saved him, he had so many years of life ahead of him at that point. sad he's left us all the same.

According to Katy, a young Japanese jockey died after being tossed from his mount in the 6th race yesterday.

"Nikkan Gendai: "We wanted to see you again but...May you rest in peace."

Jockey Kota Fujioka passed away yesterday at the age of 35. He was unconscious and in critical condition after he was unseated from his mount on the 6th." :cry:
