Name the horse

I'm trying to remember the name of a 3yo filly that died, I would guess about 10 years ago. I thought it was a MDO filly but I went through his Blacktype fillies on Pedigreequery and definitely wasn't on there. I did see Live Lively so I assume that is why I thought she was a MDO. But the filly I'm thinking of was right around that same time. She was a GSW and had Million in her name. I imagine I will remember her name shortly after I post this.

do you remember what level of graded stakes she won?

Not right now. I don't think she was a G1 winner and her GSW may not have even been at 3, it could have been at 2. I just remember she died in an accident while training. She didn't breakdown, she might have went through the rail? Also I'm saying roughly 10 years ago, it could have been a year or two before or after but in that time frame. I'm fairly certain her name was Million(something something), 3 words but I believe all run together.
