Does anyone know who Secret Oath was bred to this year? I had forgotten that Spendthrift bought her last Nov. Into Mischief?

I can think of a "dammed reason" for her to go to Frankel - He's one of the best stallions in the WORLD atm. :roll:

Yes because as we all know mares are the only parent that affect the foal and dirt mares are NEVER bred to turf stallions. :roll: :lol:

There is no reason she can't produce a turf runner. Her sire, Big Brown, was a SW on the turf in his only start(his last start). She is a half-sister to a G1 winner on the turf, who coincidentally was sired by a son of Sadlers Wells. She's young, I can see why he wants to give her a chance with Frankel. Better than her going to Into Mischief 10 times in a row.

This. A thousand times this. I'm so glad that Stewart is sending her to Frankel. :) I hope he will continue to dare to try "more unique" paths.
