Thanks Flanders for the info!!! :D
I had no idea about Greatness (and the other 2).
So he was born when Mr. P was 29!
Diamond(1/2 brother to CH Inside Information and G1 Educated Risk) has a 2023 stud fee here : http://www.oklahomaequinehospital.com/okreprohome That's his original conformation pic from when he went to stud at Northview Stallion Station in Maryland. They also stand a Storm Cat son out of a Quarter Horse mare, which is interesting.
Sasha's Prospect(o/o G1 Missy's Mirage, he was a pretty expensive yearling for Padua Stables) is listed as private for 2023 on Bloodhorse. Its possible they both covered mares and the RMB hasn't been sent in yet. Diamond's was really late in 2022 cause I remember noting he didn't have one and he does now.
I found another one just now, Maxamax(who was bred by Shadai in Kentucky), he covered mares in 2022 after not covering mares in 2021.
Thanks again!!!
That's VERY interesting!
Maxamax(USA)(2000H) was from Mr. Prospector's final crop, wasn't he?
Maxzene(USA), the dam of Maramax, was the MGSW in the US who raced for Fusao Sekiguchi & Ken-Mort Stable.
She was 5th (to El Condor Pasa) in the 1998 Japan Cup under Cash Asmussen in her swansong and imported to Japan (at Teruya Yoshida's Shadai Farm) as a broodmare in 2001 before she passed away in 2003.
Yes he was from Mr. Prospector's final crop.

I remember Maxzene!! She was a lovely turf mare, grey. I can't believe her only son is still covering mares.

Alpinista is in foal to Dubawi. From RP:

Alpinista is reported to have become the model expectant mother since retiring to Lanwades at the end of last year, just as she was the model racehorse.

“The wonderful heroine, as she is referred to here, is out here in my front paddock grazing away,” says Rausing. “She looks well. We all know she’s incapable of doing anything wrong, and so she duly went in foal to a February service, and is due in January. She was covered by Dubawi; I felt I had to do it this year in light of that horse’s age.“

I dont know the deal between Japanese and New Zealand studs but I wonder if they will consider letting Satono Aladdin stay in New Zealand as he is a big deal here.
Ask me any questions you have about New Zealand and Australia racing

His stud fee was raised from NZ$12,500 to NZ$45,000 at Rich Hill Stud for this season, wasn't it?
And he has sired another group winner today in Australia. :o 8-)

I do think that that's a good idea.
But Breeders Stallion may continue to keep him for a while and let him stand in New Zealand as a shuttle stallion.
He is scheduled to return to Japan in December this year.

Considering how well his son, Kitasan Black, is doing, I'm surprised to see Black Tide drop from 35 to 7 mares. The full brother to Deep Impact is 22, so is he close to being pensioned?

Yes, that must be because of his age.
Black Tide had been an underrated stallion.
But, by siring the super Kitasan Black, he emphasized the greatness of Sunday Silence and Wind in Her Hair.
His own line is now potentially one of the most important branches, if not the most important, of the Sunday Silence sire-line.

I realized that my master broodmare list was outdated (lots of dead or pensioned mares), so I put together a new one and.... it's over 700 mares.

Apapane(JPN)(King Kamehameha) --> Makahiki(JPN)(Deep Impact)

All of the four horses (Apapane, King Kamehameha, Makahiki and Deep Impact) were owned by Mr Makoto Kaneko.

Would it be possible for anyone to see if Promise the World has a death report on file? I know this isn't really the forum to ask but I've been waiting to see news of her being bred since it seems like she was retired in 2021, but I can't find anything for her at all (death report or an attempted mating).

Her second dam is Life is Sweet so I assume something would be posted here if she'd been bred.

She last raced in June 2022, her last workout in late May 2022(she was in steady training to that point) so I don't think she would have been bred until 2023. She doesn't have a death report with the JC either but as I'm sure you know they don't have to file them. Could someone check if she was bred this year?

Mount Ararat (o/o Soothing Touch), Arrobatic (o/o Mexican Gold), and Swift Thinker (o/o Uno Duo) are three Juddmonte-owned Arrogate mares who have export and return records for this year. I'm assuming they were exported and bred and then returned to the U.S. Anyone have any idea who either were sent to?
A is for Arrogate, A is for absolute superstar, A is for anointing
