We were still exploring if there was a chance at a stallion deal and it became clear that there wasn't, so we thought this was a terrific second choice."
What a damn shame. He's got a great stallion pedigree, by Arch out of an Empire Maker mare, I thought that would've saved him.

Superstorm has been entered in an online auction with no reserve. i really don't fucking like this. why not just give him a PROPER retirement instead of risking him going to you-know-where? infuriating. he has had two surgeries already and just came back from a 14 month layoff (and finished dead last).
