They want her to run at Gulfstream in easier competition. I'm not happy Saffie has her. Saffie previously had Mrs Whistler for mrh. Getting updates on Mrs Whistler was like pulling teeth. Eventually mrh transferred her to Kent Sweezey. She was a mess when kent got her. Took him some time to get her right

I know last year's Derby fiasco was more on CD than Saffie Joseph, but I wouldn't send my horse to hm.
I ran marathons. I saw the Taj Mahal by Moonlight. I drove Highway 1 in a convertible. I petted Zenyatta.

Neither would I. My first choice would be Kent Sweezey. If Kent couldn't or didn't want my horse I'd ask him for recommendations. I trust him

Results
Guinevere scratched
Hero Status finished 1st
Man Among Men finished 1st
Phantom Ride finished 10th (last)
Pioneer Prince finished 2nd
Seize the Grey finished 1st in Pat Day Mile(G2)

Entries:
Cumberland Farm entered in claiming at Churchill Downs on 5/11
Straight No Chaser entered in Runhappy Stakes(G3) at Belmont at the Big A on 5/11
Tufnel entered in claiming at Monmouth on 5/12

As stated previously, Forbidden Kingdom and Man Among Men entered in Fasig-Tipton Digital Sale.
Complexity x Bares Tripper entered in Fasig-Tipton Mid-Atlantic Sale
Stonestreet gave MRH their share of Straight to Glory.

As you may have all guessed, there are some strong opinions re: Seize the Grey and entering the Preakness. Based on the latest updates from MRH and Lukas' statements in the media, it seems he is most likely headed to the Preakness.

Maybe I'm the jinx lol. I was really watching for Phantom RIde's race, and he was never comfortable and finished abysmally. Meanwhile, the train-wreck that I anticipated in the Pat Day with Seize the Grey ended up a winner. "It's me, hi, I'm the problem it's me....."

Why is the Complexity x Bares Tripper entered in Fasig-Tipton Mid-Atlantic Sale being sold? Wasn't that one of the NY Bundle horses?

They believe this is the best way to maximize his value. That he's best suited to sell rather than keep and race

I read that as he isn't very good or injured.

Similar situation with straight to glory. Stonestreet sold their interest to mrh for $1. Wesley ward will evaluate the horse for 30 days and determine can he race? And If so at what level

He probably should have been on dirt this whole time. His previous terrible races were all on turf. This was his dirt debut.

Forbidden Kingdom sold for $310,000 to Legacy Ranch (CA). i'd assume as a stallion prospect? he'd have big shoes to fill (no pun intended), but they did lose Mr. Big this year.

Yes. He will stand stud there. Both forbidden kingdom and man among men will go back to Mandella first(a longtime Mandella client bought man among men)

Results
Cumberland Falls scratched
Straight No Chaser finished 4th in Runhappy Stakes(G3)
Tufnel finished 1st

Entries:
Adaay in Asia entered in Mizdirection Stakes(Listed) at Santa Anita on 5/18
Rosie's Alibi entered in allowance at Presque Island Downs on 5/21
Seize the Grey entered in Preakness Stakes(G1) at Pimlico on 5/18

Fasig-Tipton Digital Sale Results:
Forbidden Kingdom sold for $310k to Legacy Ranch
Man Among Men sold for $220k to Howell Wynne

Complexity x Bares Tripper entered in Fasig-Tipton Mid-Atlantic Sale because MRH says they think they will make money on him and it will be "better for the bundle"

I will say this for Seize the Grey owners-there are a lot of optimistic shareholders. Let's see this weekend if I am indeed the jinx-I am feeling like he will finish an abysmal 6th or 7th place.

Call me a jinx along with you. I said I'll be pleasantly surprised if he hits the board. I think the two weeks rest comes back to haunt seize the Grey again. And I don't think they throw him in the Belmont if he can't run successfully in the Preakness
