SW Sheikh of Sheikhs (Discreetly Mine) has been adopted through after the races again after initially retiring to become a police horse in Philadelphia. The website mentions the main reason his police gig didn't work out is because he always wanted to be in the front when on patrol.

No Word (Silent Name - Listen A.P.) is at New Vocations.

Bred by Wertheimer and Frere, this dark bay is G1P and a 2x winner. He is a full brother to G2W Silentio, and is from the family of G1Ws Storm Bird, Green Tune and Pas De Reponse, Canadian champion Northernette, and G2W Didyme, who was an influential sire in South Korea.

Well he was already adopted so his photos may not be on there for much longer, unnamed 2021 gelding (Into Mischief - My Miss Aurelia, by Smart Strike). Says he was only retired because he needed tie back surgery and they decided it best he goes on to another career.

Available for adoption, unnamed 2021 gelding (Bird Song - Bird Sense, by Street Sense) full brother to G3SW Pretty Birdie. It says racing wasn't his speed. Maybe because he is an easy keeper and likes to sleep a lot.

Lavish McTavish, 2018 gelding (California Chrome - Moulin De Mougin, by Curlin)

Not good to read about Lavish McT:
"Lavish came back into our program after sustaining a laceration to his right hind limb with his previous adopter. The injury did cause tendinous damage, and as a result his athletic ambitions have been modified to flatwork only...."
It must be so discouraging for rescue operations like New Vocations when a horse they place gets injured by the new owner. :(

New Vocations knows this drill, horses like to hurt themselves. They're pretty realistic folks. Wouldn't be surprised if the adopter was able to swap out Lavish for a horse with different athletic ability.

FWIW, New Vocations isn't a rescue and doesn't like being called such. They're a rehoming organization and horses are donated to the program. Connections typically donate a pretty decent sum to NV when they send horses! NV's adopter vetting is very strict and connections like being sure horses are placed appropriately.

Thank you for the clarifications. And it's true...horses can hurt themselves rolling over in bed. ;)

Gate Runner must have been recently retired and should soon be available through New Vocations, as per his digital certificate. He's a 2019 son of Arrogate - Nefertiti, making him half to G2W Engage. He last raced on 8/20/23.

Another Arrogate son whose certificate has been assigned to New Vocations is the unnamed 2020 colt o/o Ocean Rags, from the family of Hard Spun.

Available soon at New Vocations:

Divo, 2019 bay gelding (Curlin - Forest Music, by UBS) Unraced, hadn't posted a work since Dec. 2022. Full to G3 Electric Forest, 1/2 to stallion Maclean's Music, G3SWs Uncle Chuck, Kentuckian, etc. Its funny cause to me he looks ponyish, then I see he is 17hh.
