Terra Promessa turned some heads on 2/5, winning a 1 1/16m AOC at Oaklawn by about 9 lengths in her 3rd start. I'd expect her to step up into stakes company next time out.

Copperplate trying to work off his winter belly at Margaux Farm. He's headed back to Woodbine for a 2016 campaign in April :D

(I don't know what the white spot on his rump is called, or if there's a name for them, but he's always had it.)

Solar Maximus stepped up into allowance company, skipping a condition, and won pretty impressively at Mohoning yesterday. Such a neat horse. He is one of my favorite in training

Keen Ice finished 7th in Round 3 of the Al Maktoum Challenge.
While Sheikh Mansoor bin Mohammed al Maktoum's Special Fighter thrived on the front end under Fernando Jara in Round 3, Keen Ice faded turning for home after stalking from fourth in the far turn. The Travers winner ended up seventh in the prep for the $10 million Dubai World Cup (UAE-I) March 26 at Meydan.

Keen Ice has been transferred from Dale Romans to Todd Pletcher's barn. Honestly, I am not a huge Pletcher fan but I like the move. Hopefully he does well. :)

Our resident Swedish meatball, Copperplate, is making his first start of 2016 tomorrow (Apr 16) and is the morning line 2nd choice. He's entered at Woodbine in race 7, an AOC going 5 furlongs on the main track :D

Copperplate finished 2nd. Not bad for his first race in about 5 months (he got a rest in KY over the winter).

In the US, he's 15-2-1-0.
At Woodbine, he's 4-2-1-0. His only off-the-board there is a 4th in a Grade 2. He's our honorary Canadian now
